Vegan chocolate souffle

About the Recipe

We believe that indulgence can be healthy and prove it with this super rich treat!


  • 65 g wholemeal flour

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • 40 g of dark no added sugar chocolate + 2 extra pieces 

  • 1 tbsp of cocoa powder

  • 65 g of hot water

  • 4 tbsp of erythritol

  • 1 tbs of coconut oil

  • 1 tub of Coppa della Maga Probiotic Ice cream Coconut & Chocolate 


Step 1

In a large bowl add all dry ingredients and mix well.

Step 2

Melt 40 g of dark chocolate and mix it with the coconut oil and the hot water. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ones and mix everything.

Step 3

Grease two souffle ramekins with some olive oil and dust with flour. Divide the dough between the two ramekins. Take the 2 whole pieces of chocolate and push down in the center of the dough in each bowl.

Step 4

Bake at 175 degrees C for 20 minutes. 

Step 5

Remove from the oven and serve the vegan chocolate souffle while it’s still warm with a scoop of Probiotic Coppa della Maga on top.
