About the Recipe
A delicious and refreshing treat for children and adults. This dessert is made entirely of ice cream, but the way it is presented and served makes it even more appealing!
Ingredients
20 g of dried strawberries
2 large tubs of Coppa della Maga vegan Coconut with Strawberry
4 fresh strawberries
4 straws or wooden sticks
Preparation
1. Distribute evenly at the bottom of a baking tray the dries strawberries
2. Spread on top the ice cream, postiion the sticks and put back in the freezer to harden
3. Take out the tray and put in a vessel of hot water for a couple of seconds to help the surface soften so that the lollies come out eaily
4. Cut into squares, stick a slice of fresh strawberry on each lolly and serve
