Roasted rolled oats

About the Recipe

This healthy and delicious breakfast is made of a few simple ingredients. You can store the roasted oats in an airtight container for weeks so they are ready when you need them for breakfast.


  • 150 g rolled oats

  • 2 pinches of salt

  • 1 tps cinnamon 

  • 50 ml coconut milk 

  • 50 g honey 

  • 4 dops natural vanilla 

  • A few pecan or other nuts 

  • 1 tub Coppa della Maga


Step 1

Mix all dry ingredients;

Step 2

Melt the honey and coconut oil and add the vanilla;

Step 3

Mix together well all ingredients together; 

Step 4

Spread in a tray and bake for about 20 min. at 160 C;

Step 5

Scoop a few spoonfuls of oatmeal into a bowl and add 2-3 scoops of Coppa della Maga on top;

Step 6

Decorate with nuts and enjoy your healthy start to the day!
