Hot berries compote with vanilla ice cream is a match made in heaven! Perfect for the winter months, it can be also made with frozen berries.
Ingredients
100 ml of water
400 g of berries (fresh or frozen)
1 tub of Coppa della Maga Classic Vanilla
Preparation
1. Put 100ml of water in pan;
2. Add the berries and cook at medium heat for about 20min;
3. When the fruit mixture has thickened remove from the heat;
4. Distribute 2 tbp on the bottom of a bowl, add 3 scoops of Coppa della Maga and decorate with some more of the berries.
