A very yummy dessert for the cold months. Thе cinnamon spice will make your whole house smell cosy, while you enjoy the melting ice cream over the hot apples.
Ingredients
2 apples
20 g butter
50 g erythritol
1 tps cinnamon
1 tub of Coppa della Maga
Preparation
Step 1
Peel and slice the apples in thin slices.
Step 2
Melt in a pan the butter. Add the erythritol and the cinnamon and mix.
Step 3
Add the apple slices and cook at medim heat for about 15 min, while stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Serve hot with Coppa della Maga on top.
