Banana Bread

About the Recipe

This delicious Banana Bread can be made also with normal milk, or as we have used here with vegan to suit all diets. It is not overly sweet, so enjoy it as a healthy breakfast or a snack in between.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 60 ml coconut oil

  • 100 g erythritol

  • 250 g wholemeal flour

  • 3 tbs baking powder

  • 150 ml of vegan m*lk

Preparation

Step 1


Smash the bananas with a fork to a puree.


Step 2


Add coconut oil and mix.


Step 3


Fold in the dry ingredients and mix everything well.


Step 4


Smear with coconut oil and dust with flour the banking tray. Pour over the mixure and decorate with thin banana slices.


Step 5


Cover with foil and bake for 20 min. Then take out the foil and bake for 20 more.


Step 6


Slice the Banana Bread and serve while still hot with a large scoop of Coppa della Maga in top.
